World Election 2015

The World Assembly should be elected once a year as representative body and the voice of community. After Assembly is elected by majority of the World people it becomes Constituent Assembly.

The World Election need neither assistance nor permission from existing governments. Election should be held at no cost, through free social network services and mobile phone features.

To avoid effect of digital inequality the electoral districts are created. Each district is

• a United Nations-recognized country or dependent territory with 90.000 or more inhabitants or
• geographically organized group of countries or dependencies.

To become a candidate, a person should

• give consent for nomination for specific electoral district on his Facebook user page and
• nominate himself by sending a message to the World Election Commission from a telepnone with corresponding country-code (or ask a trustee from his district to do so).

The nomination period in any district should be repeatedly extended for one month until the number of candidates become more than number of mandates in the district.
